 Information Technology department of Ajmer Cantonment Board is making continuous efforts towards computerization of all departments to provide transparency and better services to its citizens. The main objective of IT department is computerization of various activities and work flows of various departments in order to promote efficiency, transparency, accountability and responsiveness.

There are various software’s and projects done by IT Section.


Raksha Bhoomi software is developed by the DGDE It Division for maintaining land record.

Public Grievance Redressal Software

Public grievance redressal software – Samadhan has been successfully installed in the Office of the Cantonment Board. Complaints received were properly addressed and disposed off. The Information Facilitation Centre & Grievance Redressal System “Samadhan” has been set up. This service aims at effective redressal of the complaints filed by public through e-governance. Effective public grievance redressal is the top most priority of any local self govt. The platform ‘SAMADHAN’ has been developed to address the public grievances in a time bound manner, using the I.T. This is a mobile phone based e-governance service which has been setup to provide quick, easy, time-bound and effective redressal of public grievances.

File Management Software (FMS) for Cantt Board Record Room

File Management Software (FMS) has been successfully installed in the Office of the Cantonment Board Ajmer. There are two main purpose of the software.

1. To maintain all the files in a proper arranged manner so that we can easily locate any required file quickly.

2. To keep records of the temporary movement of files. We can query, search, filter and sort the files. We can also take report of both - all files and movement of files.

Digitization of Defence Land Record

The management of Defence land necessarily warrants proper maintenance of the land records. These are Government titles on land; acquisition proceedings, General Land Register, revenue plans, old grant , lease documents, etc. having 'Primary and Secondary' value of evidence
